You can only lose 1 or 2 pounds a week without losing muscle mass or completely starving yourself.
So if you have 3 weeks, I wouldn't count on losing more that 6 pounds without it coming back to haunt you.
You should not try to lose weight but instead try toning your body so it looks better. Eat low cal foods. Three meals a day with a high protein snack between meals and change up your exercise routine to tone your problem areas

Do you honestly think that losing another 10 pounds will help you feel better about yourself? Not gonna happen, you either feel good about yourself the way you are or not. These girls who feel they need to be skin and bones have very poor self esteem. Love yourself the way you are.
okay seriouly i think mabey 5 lbs because im 13 and i weigh like 110 so to feel better mabey 5 or 6 lbs
Healthy. Well if you want to be healthy you have to look at your overall health. Do you eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies each day? Lots of real fiber, not that "white wheat" garbage folks are buying. ;D Lean organic meats, lots of beans and legumes, organic dairy, yogurt, butter and cheese. This is what growing teen girls need. So many are mal-nourished, and if you have true health the guys will see your naturally shiny smooth hair, naturally glowing skin, strong smooth nails and bright clean smile and it'll drive them crazy. You won't need the tanners, pills, creams and dyes. You'll be that girl all the others are jealous of. Now smile to yourself and go have an apple, you gorgeous girl you! ;D
