i know what you mean im 6 feet tall and 125 which is pretty skinny for how tall i am...
i will just tell you now, i am a very active girl i love all sports play varsity basketball snowboard all that good stuff so when your constantly active its hard to gain weight...i have a super high motabolism and i eat a lot of little things, i cant ever just eat like 3 big meals a day but i heard its better to just eat little snacks throughout the day...if your getting stomach bugs and dont have any food drink water it helps fill you up and can settle your stomach for awhile...
you can also try hitting up the gym and workout your muscles with weights that way your not building fat but muscle instead...its quit funny because im a super strong stick lol i am little but very muscular and strong and healthy...i know how it feels and i always am worried people think im anorexic when they first meet me but im just a skinny active girl...if you are hungry eat energy bars but the healthy ones and one thing i have found very good to settle my stomach for a long time is if i eat a lot of carbs then i try to equal the carbs with protein.example for brekfast if i have a lot of bread carbs like a bagel or cheerios i try having a little fruit and mabe some eggs or sausage that way even though i have alittle of each im getting proper nutrients and when i eat right then i feel full a lot longer and also more awake!

eat heavy meals of rice/cereal and meat. i know what u mean...people always talk about how to lose weight, but not how to gain 'em...GAINING WEIGHT FOR PEOPLE SUCH AS OURSELVES IS HARDER THAN IT SEEMS...@_@
