Question:
My girlfriend has lost alot of sensitivity down there and she isnt orgasming really at all anymore and when we were having sex orginially she had lots of orgasms but now she just has lost the sensitivity in her lower regions. is there anything im doing wrong? or any way i can help? i want sex to be amazing for my gf more then anything and pleasing her is something i love to do so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Answers:
hope u have not been doing something unnatural. but don't worry, it is either psychological or due to some medication.

for a few days, both of u remain off sex, but not love & affection. hold her, hug her, caress her etc but no sex.
also put her at ease, if something is bothering her try to get her out of it. take her for a rollar coaster ride etc.
and don't do anything to please her, do it please both of u.

finally put a finger inside & touch all sides & ask her if she feels sensation. check out her clitoris, if she is sensitive there.

most probably u have psyched her up 'cause of which she gets tense just before doing it.

but don't let me stop u from consultinga gynae
She shouldn't just "lose sensitivity", this sounds like either nerve damage of some kind or female sexual dysfunction. I suggest you get your girlfriend to a doctor, as there's nothing you can do for her.
Have your heard of foreplay? If not, then try some, she is proberly so bored with you by now that she is struggling not to fall asleep.
