Answers:
No it just looks that way because it's dark hair
Not at all, your arm looks fine!
yeah, more importantly don't shave it.. the hair will only grow thicker and you will soon become a monkey
ive seen way worse. you'e just fine. if it bothers you so, shave it
totally normal, i've had a bunch of crushes on girls with hairy arms :)
It looks ok.
thats a weird question to ask. lol
but no i think it depends on what color hair u have, and belive me ive seen hairyer arms so i wouldnt stress lol
No, and hirsutism is usually thicker, darker hair growth in places where women don't normally have it, such as excessive facial hair, back, chest, etc., due to hormonal abnormalities or long-term use of steriod medications.
No, if you want to see hairy... look at my sister. She's horrible. Don't worry about it. People with hirsutism are a lot worse than that. If its really bothering you, wax it off (although it might be a bit... painful)
If you want to remove it, try waxing. It's longer lasting and the hair grows back softer and sparser each time. There are even a ton of homemade recipes online. I've used on before and it works wonderfully! Homemade "Nads" recipes would be good and they don't stick to your skin when you pull the fabric off so it's less painful. Sugaring is a good one, cheap and you probably have the stuff in your cabinet right now. Just use some scrap fabric torn into strips... Hope this helps dear, I know how you feel but your arm really does look just fine.
No, lots of girls have hair on there arms, just like you (me too) If you are worried about it try blonding the hair on your arms.
Looks normal to me. Try getting out in the sun, it will lighten the hair and darken your skin so the colors are closer together.
nah - that's nothing to worry about..
Certainly shows elevated testosterone levels, I would think.

A lot depends on whether you've other evidence of hirsutism elsewhere or the evidence of testosterone having other effects. The usual effects listed are
* restricted breast development
* larger than normal clitoris
* deeper than normal voice for a female
* some moustache and/or beard growth
