Jello...pudding...low fat or nofat frozen yogurt (blue bunny makes a good one!). Those 100cal packs are really good also and they even have a 3cupcake version. I think you would like the 100cal packs the most. God Bless
I suggest chewing gum!
Drink water (cold), or have a piece of hard candy - only 1 piece
Many times when u are getting a craving it's because your low in natural sugars, but in your brain u think your craving candy, to cure a craving like that eat a banana, or any other fruit. When your getting a chocolate craving eat a banana, it's got simaliar sugars.
Hmmm... just have some gum!! And once in a while, indulge yourself, and actually have what you're craving
