Is it okay to...?

Question:
Is it okay to put in a tampon when you arent bleeding very much
i am hardley bleeding but i want to wear a tampon... anything i can do to make it glide easier like put vasilene on the sides of it

Answers:
Just don't do it. If your not bleeding enough and you use a tampon you could get TSS, which could be fatal.
You shouldn't. You can damage the vaginal tissues, and if you use a tampon that is a higher absorbency than needed, meaning you do not even come close to bleeding through at least half of it, you put yourself at a higher risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome, which can be deadly.

On lighter days, just use a pantyliner, or try using a light absorbency tampon (If you haven't already).
