you could have pms, and definitely, your period must be coming, maybe you´re feeling those crmaps because of hormones. In my case I get lots of cramps before my period like I had diahrrea but no diahrrea at all. and then the day after my periods comes.
Good luck! ;D
you might when i got my second period i started it like 4 days later
You should just wear a panty liner for a while, until you acctually start. Its going to be irregular for a while. It took me like 6 months!
you are experiencing the second coming!
My period never comes on the same day--it's normal.
I think you are getting ready to start but quit stressing about it because stress can delay it.
Peace.
You will know when it is coming by the cramps and similar things you got last time. Usually you aren't regular and get it every month but who knows maybe you are going to start here shortly again. Besides our periods are never a predictable thing every women has times where they are late or early, and sometimes even skips a period.
sometimes, when you first start your period you skip a month or 2, your body has to get used to the changes, in about 3 months you will probably be right on track
It is common to not be regular when you first start getting your period. You might even miss two months and not see anything and then it comes but it will become regular and much more predictable with time. If you are really worried though, talk to your mum about possibly seeing a doctor. I bet you you're completely fine though. Goodluck to you! :) ciao!
I start to flush out something like that right before I start and I pee a lot. Then I get really thirsty and I want to gorge myself on liquids. If you're cramping this may be why. You don't seem to have enough liquid to flush it out. Cramps can start because of too much fluid in your system and from not enough.
If I could recommend anything to help you get started I would say get a B complex vitamin. These are often called stress tabs and they are avery good for stress. I've taken them when I was getting ready to start and I calmed right down and started the next day. And I am very irregular.
Now you should be aware of the things you drink and eat. Too much sodium from soda or chips can make you retain your water. You don't want that. Do some walking, go shopping and get your mind off it, the exercise helps and the distraction can help calm you down. Laughter works wonders right now. Find something you like to do and go for it.
It'll be OK. Tell yourself that. There's no reason why it shouldn't. Tell yourself I'm all right and I can handle this. Lots of people do this. Next month you'll do it again and it'll be easier if you try something and it works. Write it down. Make note of everything that works well for you and remember it for the next time. You're not the first person to do this and you're not the last. With each new month you will have something else to remember to make it easier. Once you get into a pattern you'll expect every month to be just like the last one.
Hang in there. It'll all work out soon enough.
TRUE. When you first start menstruating, your cycle is irregular until maybe your 2nd or 3rd year.
But even though you may be irregular, it's still possible to have your period for 2 months in a row.
Wear a pantyliner just to be safe.
Good luck hun =)
