Most women don't have "vaginal" orgasms or don't have orgasms without direct clitoral stimulation, so your situation is probably NOT because you "had an accident down there."
That said, a vaginal orgasm is basically the muscular walls of your vagina squeezing and fluttering. You can tense those muscles on purpose. Try doing it while you're having sex, and you'll get an idea of how it feels. It won't be anywhere NEAR as good, but you'll still get some feelings. ;)

Yes, they feel different, but not all women seem to be able to have them. Vaginal orgasms are the result of g-spot stimulation. They feel much more intense and there's a bigger build up to the "release."
Most women will never experience a vaginal orgasm, as most women can orgasm only from clitoral stimulation of some kind. If you want to see if you can have a vaginal orgasm, you need to try to find your g-spot and stimulate it without stimulating your clitoris at the same time. If you can't orgasm vaginally, it's no big deal! It would mean you're just like the rest of us :)
sorry for the spelling i don't have time.after i gave birth my insides changed. i dropped on the inside and 60% orgasm from the g-spot. it took giving birth to find it. The mroe foreplay i have the more aroused i gte. honestly i have to have continuosu play of some sort- on the neck-ear-nipples while the g-sopt is stimulated and i explode. It is amore intense deeper feeling that make sme lose breath and roll my eyes. The clitoral arousal is the same type but the g spot is deeper and more intense and lasts longer. It can tak eup to an hr of spot stimulation for some women and usually men don';t last that long. But when you'll find it you'll know. it took 2 yrs. of marriage before i found it and i gave birth which dropped my wall.
