Without a A/C it sounds like your doing all you can to keep it cool... Wear light color clothes and try getting a spray bottle with cold water and keep misting your face that will cool you down.. Try asking a family member to buy you a A/C you can get one for 80 dollars 5,000 btu's. Get a part time job and buy one or babysit and get one yourself...
sorry to hear that maybe with your asthma you need it more you must live in AZ i know it is hot every where fall will soon come to you and then you wont suffer try talking with her about this before next summer raise the money yourself mow lawns anything try showering alot and stay in front of fans don't go out makes you hotter and if its that hot and your mom is mean to you maybe you need some other help any relatives that might speak up for you or go live there good luck I hope your life gets Little better

If you have windows, keep the shades/curtains drawn at all times. Less sunlight = less heat. Keep the fans on you at all times. Get a job in an air-conditioned place and use the money to buy yourself an A/C. Sit in your brother's room when he's not around.
105* is dangerous for anyone, especially an asthmatic young girl. You need, need, need to tell someone about this. Can a grandparent or other relative help and maybe get you a window A/C for your room?
