Answers:
Hypoglycemia is something that would account for your symptoms. It is when your body doesn't have the correct balance of insulin. When you eat too little or not at all your sugar levels drop dramatically and you can get shaky and disoriented.

sounds like a blood sugar problem maybe pre diabetes- have your fasting blood sugar tested to see if you have any imbalances.
you might be anemic...need more iron
It's just because your blood sugar is too low. No need for a doctor. The same thing happens to me. You just need to eat more snacks throughout the day.
Or, you could be experiencing hypoglycemia, because you're not eating! Even if you're in a hurry, you need to eat something substantial. Maybe grab one of those protein/energy type bars if you're in a rush? That would help. Take care...
you might be a little bit anemic, but dont worry, just eat more iron. or you might be nervous about something and dont have an appetite and you start shaking... not quite sure, sorry! but good luck!
you could be lacking potassium..
eat a banana :)
low blood sugar. i get like that all the time and it sucks!
You have low blood sugar. Eat whole grains and protein during meals and when you start to feel shaky. Try to avoid very sugary foods and drinks. This should help.
