Ok, well I dont really think you're legally old enough to be having sex, and if you cant spell 'vagina', you really shouldnt be having it anyway.
Theres no such thing as too much sex, our bodies are made for sex and for babies.
If you're with a guy with good girth, then you will stretch, but once your vaginal muscles start relaxing after sex and after orgasm, then it will slowly shrink back to th way it was before.
It is a bit bigger than it was when you were a virgin, but thats only because its taken away a part of excess skin down there.

If you are having problems try the time tested pelvic floor excercises. If you do not know what they are ask anyone who has had a baby.
I guess if you shoved a really big fat carrot up there it would stretch quite a bit .
But as far as I know it would go back to where is was before the introduction of the big fat carrot.
Having a baby can cause the vagina to become stretched wider than it was before. This is natural and normal, and un-preventable. You can do Kegel exercises to help tone the muscle (yes, the vagina is a muscle.) But if you've ever had a baby, you know it's never quite the same as before. That doesn't mean you won't have pleasure from sex. And it certainly doesn't mean you haven't "taken good care of yourself." I'm not sure about what you said about having too much sex causing it to become wider...I don't really think that's entirely true.
