I have pcos and i have been getting this dark brown discharge in my knickers for a few days so i put a sanitary towel in but there is nothing on it but when i wipe myself there is a bit of blood on the tissue but i have no period pains or anything, whats goin on!

I have had this aswell awhile ago.
It is old blood if it's brown and with pcos you have long cycles and this could make the blood come out as brown.
What you are describing is spotting which is common when you have pcos due to the fact of having an inbalance of hormones.
If you are worried then go and see your doctor but your next cycle will probably go back to normal
you might need a smear test go for one and get checked out. but don't worry.
