This could be an allergic reaction to condoms, lube or semin. i had experienced something like that and the doctor recomended applying a cold clean compress for 5min at a time. It should go down after 2h if that is the cause. Anyway u need to find out the allergenic factor and eliminate it.
me and my girlfriend had/sometimes still have this problem. the best way around it is to find a good lube and use lots of it. water based is easier to clean off and is usually just as lubricating as oil based. its the irritation from sex that is making you swell up afterward. also, taking the time to wait until you are completely aroused, loosened up so to speak, will help as will certain positions that allow for easier access.
You do not say for how long the swelling persists. It is a 'natural' experience and unless it lasts for 24 hours or more and is accompanied by inflammation, I'd say leave it alone and let let it subside naturally. The fewer lotions, creams etc. applied to your vulva, the better.
