Women don't reach orgasm everytime having sex?

Question:
Is it true that women don't always reach orgasm/climax while having sex everytime and that is why sometimes they fake it just to keep the passion going? Or do they always reach it? Any ideas?

Answers:
Orgasm is difficult for many women, especially younger ones. It doesn't mean that they aren't enjoying the sex, or that they aren't getting off.

Women fake it for a few reasons. They may be insecure about their difficulty achieving orgasm and don't want the guy to know. They may want to avoid making the guy feel bad, especially if the sex is totally great. They may know that it's just not gonna happen this time, but don't want the drama of explaining all that and don't want the guy to keep going forever trying to get her there. The sex may actually be better without the focus and pressure of 'finishing the job' with her difficult O.

Sometimes women don't really fake it, but they get so into the physical pleasure that the guy just assumes that there were a few orgasms in there somewhere. No need to correct that assumption, right ;-)

For most women, sex is not really about the orgasm. Even for those of us that are multiple ... it's not the goal. It's just one ingredient in really great sex. I think guys are a little different. The O is the major goal of sex (not that they don't enjoy the rest, but it's more about the O for them)
Because of our hormone fluctuation there are certain times during the month that orgasm isn't going to happen.
