Scared. hymen issues.?

i have stuck four fingers in my vagina, its very wide set though, have i broken my hymen? i have a physical coming up and i don't want her to think i had sex. i'm 13 if that counts for anything.

nah you have nothing to worry about since a physical just checks to see if you're ok health wise...like vitals, urinalysis, blood...that is it ...you're safe!!
there is no issue, many girls break there hymens from physical activities, don't sweat it !
even if the doc did see your hymen was broken they wouldnt tell you parents unless your parents had specifically requested this information, bleeding occurs when the hymen is broken also some discomfort , i would wager a guess and say if you had 4 of your fingers inside your vagina i would have to say yes, probably its broken, and a bit of advice when you masterbate make sure your hands are clean you can give yourself an infection. dont worry your normal ok?
if its a regular doctors physical instead of an OB/GYN I dont think they check anything like that anyway.. so dont worry!
The hymen is the thin membrane that sometimes covers the opening to the vagina if you're a virgin. I say "sometimes" because, even if you haven't had sex, the hymen can do a bit of a disappearing act due to an overzealous workout at the gym, horseback riding, tampons, and even passionate "heavy petting" with your boyfriend. (It's not an impenetrable barrier, anyway, as it has holes to allow menstrual blood to escape.)
So the doctor will be able to tell if it's broken, but won't know what broke it.
