What foods can I eat to feel more energetic?


Question:
lately I've been feeling kinda slugish and I'v been over sleeping. I'm use to getting up around 7:30 but I've been sleeping in till 9 or 10. I want to change what I eat so I can have more energy throughout the day.

eating carbs gives you energy. stay away from sugar, where it just gives you a small boost of energy. maybe your drinking/eating caffine after 4:00 in the afternoon, which can cause you to say awake longer at night, and sleep in later.

red bull
Carbs! Carbs = Energy! Pasta, bread, etc!
Grains-milk-ceral-other stuff that helps the body.

You can try eating foods with high amounts of fiber. You can try eating Kashi granola bars which are supposed to give you lots of energy. You can also try eating more fruits like oranges and more leafy vegetables.
drink red bull, it reli works!! well doesnt giv u wings but it does giv u energy, or pro plus, then u can eat what u like :)
Don't have any sugar in the morning as that will just put you in to sleepy mode again. I recomend having an apple in the morning or any kind of fruit. Throughtout the day make sure you don't take in any or little fatty/sugary foods. Drink lots of water too.
eat fruits and veggies. And don't eat fried foods. Or foods with a lot of fat. If that doesn't work. Try losing 2 or 3 pounds. You might feel better. But if you're alread skinny, you shouldn't. You might want to stretch through out the day, too. That'll give you an extra boost!!
Eat complex carbs they'll give you the energy you need like pastas,potatos,lasanga etc.
