Cramps??

Question:
How do you get rid of really bad cramps?I've had them nonstop for 2 days! Can anyone help me?

Answers:
One word honey...Midol.Stock up on that stuff!
Tylenol.
try salt, magnesium and calcium
Put a heating pad on and humm take 2 taylonels my mom does that i really hope that this could help
Good luck
Avoid caffeine.
Drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables, maybe a square of dark chocolate, go for a walk, take some midol, get enough sleep, and if this doesn't help, see a doctor.
get a heating pad or put presser where it hurts that always works for me
For some reason it use to help me to lay on my back and elevate my legs with a large pillow. I think it may have relieved the pressure. Not really sure, but it worked and that's what counts. Hope you find relief soon.
Believe it or not...a brisk walk or workout will help BIG TIME! Try using a heating pack on your low abdomen as well as your back. You can use Tylenol or Arnica (homeopathic), Biofreeze (which is sold in many doctors offices, especially chiropractors). Sometimes a warm bath or shower will help aleve symptoms. Avoid chocolate, salt and foods high in fat! If they become so severe for repeated months you should see your doctor!

GOOD LUCK and FEEL BETTER!
Try eating a banana and working out!
Calcium was always a big help for me. If you can't or don't like drinking milk, try those Viactiv (I could be wrong on the name) calcium chewables. The caramel and chocolate ones were really quite tolerable (very much like candy) I also found a warm bath was a good temporary releif.
