It's just a part of nature.
we have more developing to be done in a short amount of time!
think about it... periods take years to become regular we cant afford to start developing later than you guys!
because we have to grow up & you don't !!
its just how our bodies work
because they grow less thus it takes less time why do you think men are for the most part taller and larger in frame
I think maybe it's because you spend a lot of time in the shower and that water makes you grow, therefore more water more growth!
because we reach puberty before them.
