Answers:
Wear a pad or pantiliner everyday until you start.

Ladies, you have one chance to take a guy down with a groin hit, what do you do?

Carry a tampon with you just in case and run to the bathroom during a break if you feel you've got your period.

What is a good diet plan?

carry a pad or a tampon on you just in case

Which is worse to own?

If you are marching I'm guessing it will be difficult to carry something other than the instrument you will be playing, so why not just wear a pad as a preventative measure.

A woman can't be pregnant after have her length twice after she have unprotected sex, right?

you could wear a pad incase you get it that day... they're uncomfortable, but it wouldn't be a good idea to wear a tampon if you're not bleeding

Is it true?

WEAR A PAD for pete's sake! It is better to have to toss a dry pad than it is to have to buy new underwear and a new uniform. Once your period starts, use a tampon plus a pad. Let one of the female coaches know what is going on, and change at least every 4 hours. Even if you start practice at 8 am, and then break for lunch at 12:00 noon that will still only be 4 hours, and you can change during lunch. Then if they go past 4pm just request a bathroom break.
