i have a friend that was doing this and he started taking birth control which helped him alot. but you cant get them you will have to have a women do it for you.
He'll need to call around to doctors [look up ones that deal with that kind of topic] and see what they have to offer. He'll need to talk to them truthfully and understand whatever they tell him. It's possible that the hormones will not even give him breasts. So he needs to be really careful about what he does.
And to those people who are all "what has the world come to?" You don't need to answer the darn question with a statement like that. It's none of your business what other people do, so if you don't like the question, don't answer it.
