How old are you? If my 14 or 16 yr. old girls were measuring and telling.you wouldn't see them ever again. They'd be grounded for life.
the 40 is just how many inches she is around her chest. She shouldn't measure 40inches if she only weighs 105 pounds. And a C cup is average I think. Alot of my friends are c's, I'm a c... its big, but not huge.

i don't see anything wrong with having big breasts, it's more fun actually. That is a big size tho for being so skinny.
Your girlfriend needs to learn to measure herself properly. First you measure your rib cage right under the breasts where the band of the bra sits. Then you measure around the fullest part of the breast area. I measure 32 inches around the rib cage and 39 inches around the fullest part of my bustline, I wear a 38C. Oh yeah, if she only weighs 105 lbs, chances are she wouldn't even have enough breast tissue to need to wear a bra, unless she's had implants.
