hey girl the smartest thing u can ever do is have your physical. u will be fine trust me, it aint nothing. and thats good that u r not sexually active! u dont want 2 come face 2 face with those STD's out there, and having 2 go 2 gyn. and having them tell u your pap smear is abnormal because u either have some sort of bacteria or something. so dont worry, u r good.
as for the blood and urine samples they just want to make sure u dont have any blood disorders, diseases, or any of that. they also want 2 make sure u dont do any kind of drugs, thats why they need blood and urine samples.
in regards to height and weight they just want to make sure u are eating right and that u are either not too fat and not too skinny and 2 see if u have any growth problems
and as for your shots, dont worry. some shots vary depending on the length of time. some shots need to be repeated every 10 yrs. but i recommend get all the possible shots u can, just for safety measures.
as for your breast exam, i think u r still pretty young for that, but some breast diseases are genetic. but it can be a little painful because some of these exams are done by a machine that squeezes your breast..ouch lol
but u can do your own breast exam..its easy! just raise either side of your arm and with your finger in a circular motion slowly touch and feel your breast for any kind of lumps or swelling.
in your physical, u might also have your eyes, ears, and throat checked and very important they should check your blood pressure. they will also check your reflexes, by using that little hammer (thats fun..lol) and they will palpate and examing certain areas of your body to check for any kind of lumps, swelling, etc.
overall, dont let people intimidate u, because everyone goes through different situations.
dont be scared be confident that everything will be ok. im a medical assistant and i have to go through worst with all these physical exams..so trust me u will do fine.

They don't usually do urine samples unless something seems to be wrong, but if you're going to have one, drink water before hand so it's easier to go.
Breast exams are pretty quick - I think my last one was less than 10 minutes.
Try not to worry about it too much - a physical is normally quite painless.
There's a chance they'll exam your vaginal area, but if you're not have a pap smear, then they'll probably just look.

if its just your anual physical you wont even get a urine sample or breast examination. Youll get your updated shot but not blood taken, its just to make sure your updated on your shots and your body is working like its supposed to to be able to do sports and stuff. And if your not sexually active you wont need a pap smear. It wont take long, youll be fine.
And just to let you know, a urine sample is they just give you a cup and a wipe and you go to the bathroom and pee in it and leave it in a tray in the bathroom and thats it. They usually do this to test for either pregnancy or bladder problems.
At my mid-teen checkup (I was 16 at the time), I was still a virgin so no pap smear.
I got my Tetanus booster shot, my MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) booster shot, and TB test.
The doctor checked my height and weight. No blood taken and no urine sample.
She showed me how to do a self breast exam. Just so you know how your own breasts feel and if there were to be a lump, you would recognize it. The breast exam took 2 minutes. It's not a mammogram with a machine. You just feel around your breast with your hand.
Drink water before you go to the doctor's office and you can pee in the cup if asked to do so.
