Hair question!!?

Answers:
Make sure you cut off those dead ends!
Use a very good shampoo and conditioner like Paul Mitchell.
When you comb your hair use one that has big gaps between the bristles, the ones that are really close pull out your hair too often.
Try not to blow dry it, curl it, or straighten it. It really dries out yur hair! If you do blow dry it use one that has a 'cold setting'
Make sure you eat healthy, thats a major part of your hairs looks. If you eat almonds occasionally thats suppose to help your hair and nails become stronger!
Good luck girl!
Get the dead ends cut off and use a good shampoo and conditioner. Do not wash your hair everyday it dries out your hair
shiny leave in conditioner. Don't brush your hair when wet.
Get the dead ends cut off every 5-6 months;)
hot oil treatments!
they make anyones hair a lot stronger and healthier.
and if you can't do that, try making two cups of really strong tea and washing your hair with it! it makes your hair shiny, and makes the color deeper.
It is healthy to atleast get trims off the ends because you know, they are dying/dead and splitting. Other than that, condition condition condition! Focus mainly on the ends and leave it in while you finish the rest of your shower, then rinse off. There are lots of home remedies too, for dry/damaged hair such as olive oil, mashed avocadoes (I heard), etc.
Also, to prevent future damage, air dry instead of blowdry. DO NOT use any heat irons (straightening/curling irons). Those are the worst, no matter what any infomercials say.
It also might be the sun.
First trim off the split ends. Do not wash your hair everyday. Use a mild shampoo and follow up with Biosilk leave in conditioner. You can use Biosilk as a body oil also. Stay away from blow dryers and hot curling/straighteners. Sleeping with your hair in a ponytail at night helps hair growth and reduces tangling.
I have long curly hair, which is known for being naturally drier than straight hair. (Lucky me!) What I have found to work best is to not wash your hair every day. My hair looks terrible if it's not washed each morning, so what I do is is just use conditioner on the days I don't wash it. I probably only use shampoo 3 times a week or so. This has made a dramatic difference on me. Good luck!
There are lots of hair care products available now in the market. You just have to know what you need and what is suited for your hair type. Since you have long hair, extra care should be taken to achieve that shiny and healthy hair.
Proper brushing and washing is necessary to minimize hair breakage and other hair problem. Avoid brushing your hair when it's wet because hair is at its weakest when it's wet. It is also advisable to trim your hair regularly (once every two to three months).
Others factors can also affect the health of your hair. Excessive exposure to the heat of the sun and the wind without protection can damage your hair. So before going outside, be sure to apply conditioner through hair. Wearing of hat, cap or scarf is also advisable.
It's not just on the outside. What is taken in by the body greatly affects the hair. Proper diet and enough sleep should be taken to achieve that beautiful and strong hair.
