You can get it covered by insurance since you have back pain and other health issues.
I had it done Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit. I am much happier and pain free because of it, and my fiance absolutely loves my new reduced perky breasts!

You should see at least THREE plastic surgeons covered by your insurance plan before deciding who to go with. If you go out of your insurance network you will pay more out of pocket for the procedure.

certain doctors on the NHS do this but i suggest you go through a professional private doctor cause we all know the things that go on in the NHS.
go to your GP and explain that you are having back pain and its a struggle to live with. i suffer a little with my breasts but nothing to want to go under the knife for so i imagine that its pretty awful to live with.
just remember that breast reduction doesnt really last that long becasue the tissues can grow back in time so you will have to repeat it again in a few years time.
