How to gain weight,seriously?
Question:
Answers:
health wise wanting to gain weight is really not good for you, unless you were severely anorexic.
2 ways, the Healthy & the Unhealthy:
Healthy:
Eat well balanced meals throughout the day, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, drink a lot of water.
weight lift, do cardio
Unhealthy:
trick is to eat more calories in a day than your body needs.
drink a lot of sugary soda, eat candy, heavy carbs, take out, eat this throughout the day esp at night.
look at labels - look for foods high in carbohydrates, sugar, and most importantly of all calories!
try not to do much of anything, but lay around and watch tv or play video games or surf the web.
hope it all works out for you.
Eat about 2,000 - 2500 calories a day, and remember to still exercise. you may also want to build muscle to give the look of not being so skinny.
as you get older you and your classmates will mature and stupid things like this will happen less and less. shake it off.
eat raw lard and crisco and butter MMM!
Eat more. Don't eat like crazy though. Try whole milk instead of skim, put cheese on your sandwhiches, eat snacks and stuff.
Keep going to the gym - you don't want to lose muscle tone and have it turn into flab. Just increase your calorie intake by about 500 calories a day and you should gain two pounds a week.
That's the safest amount of weight gain.
I know what you mean. I'm 16 and I've been in the same boat you're in for most of my life. I'm 5'3 and 100 lbs. People constantly call me anoerxic and think I have some sort of eating disorder. No matter how much I eat or sit around, I never gain weight.
It may just be that you have very good metabolism. That's a good thing that will help you in the future. If you want to gain weight in a healthy way, consider doing some exercise which involves strength and conditioning. That will make your muscles bigger and cause you to gain some weight. I wish I could do that sort of thing, but I'm a ballet dancer so I have to be careful what I do. Don't worry about what other people think of you. I'm sure you're just perfect the way you are.
First of all, have a Dr. check to make sure you don't have a thyroid problem. You could also see a dietician who could put you on a high calorie, but still healthy diet. You don't want to gain weight by eating a lot of fat and cholesterol. You can also buy protien powder and make smoothies to drink with your regular meals. Those are still healthy and will add more calories to your diet. Many athletes and body builders use dietary supplements to gain lean mass (or muscle).
In the morning, eat. take the bus to school. dont walk or run
eat during class if you can
eat during recess
after school do not engage in any extra curricular activities. eat and sleep. eat and sleep
Eat a lot of chocolate. eat a lot of hamburgers. eat 2 minutes before going to sleep. eat heavily. a cheeseburger and fries and non-diet coke. try to get some chocolates in there too. immediately you wake up before brushing your teeth, finish up the chocolates. then brush your teeth and then eat some more. For breakfast eat a stack of 10 or more pancakes and add lots of butter and syrup. repeat the whole process again. just make sure you are eating heavily as many times a day as is possible. sleep whenever possible too. make sure you eat only a little veggies, maybe none at all or perhaps substitute the lettuce on your burger for extra cheese
But you can by-pass all that, by waiting till you get to college and you'll gain the freshman 15 in no time at all.
In case you have no hopes of going to college, work at a fast food restaurant and eat all the food you want and dont even want.
But you can by-pass all this by having kids and getting on welfare; dont work
But you can by-pass even this by just waiting till you reach your middle age, and you'll gain more weight.
Frankly, love your body skinny or not. Just know how to dress it. all what I told you is very unhealthy and its such a dangerous habit that I think you might as well shoot yourself, cos that will cut out all the pain, rather than go through an unhealthy lifestyle and suffer the health risks associated i.e morbid obesity, diabetes, heart problems, hypertension, etc
