My friend had her period twice before she missed it and then found out she was pregnant. you best bet is to go to the doctor and have your levels of hcg check in a week or so. Home pregancy test is always nice too, but can still be to early to tell.(keep that in mind, you may need to wait 2-3 of weeks before anytest come up positive)
