Because everyone is different. You are underweight though so please get your weight up to a decent level so you are not underweight.

Cuz you are young, and boobs are the first place you will gain weight before you start packing on the other 90 pounds to follow. Make sure you marry before you turn 20. Your stock will go down severely after the first 20 extra pounds.
