You should be able to insert a finger and pull it out. I would make an appt with your gyn anyways since the condom came off it defeated the purpose of std/pregnancy prevention.
first off you could get pregnant... second somehow it has to come out... your body can naturally push it out but if not... ya you need to see your doc...
You can just fish it out yourself, but then you have to realize that you may be pregnant. The condom coming off is just as bad as if it breaks.

Well from what I hear you can just like pull it out with you hand if it's not the deep in there.But be really Careful,I mean way careful,you don't want any of the sperm to get up into your vagina.Maybe you should take it out when you're in the shower or something.But I would DEFINITELY call a gyno just to make sure it's okay to do it by yourself.Call before you do anything.Don't mess with it until you know.

Try to get it out yourself and if you can't go see a doctor. Pregnancy is one concern but the condom can cause toxic shock if it's not removed.
