My friend and I were debating this...?

Question:

If your on the birth control pill and your scheduled period doesn't happen on time, can it be late from stress or other factors? Even if it's starting time and ending time is determined by the pill?

Answers:
well the period you get with bc pill is not real period which is why its different in how many days you have it or how crampy you get. You are right about that the pill determine you period but sometimes it can be affected but stress or hormonal changes that you cant control and also YOU DONT ovulate while you are on the pill becasue your body is faked into being pregnant.

when I was on the pill, the pill would say the period would start on Saturday and my body would not start until a Tuesday or Wednesday... I asked my doctor about it .. he said it was my own hormones with the pill but it as long as it always started later it was okay
