I have strong emotional problems-Any advice?
Question:
Is it possible it is bc of the anti-depressants? Or do you think that I could have a chemical imbalance or depression problem?
Answers:
I would ditch the anti-depressants. A lot of them make depressive problems worse. Get something for migraines specifically. You sound normal if you felt better after stopping your birth control. It sounds like a matter of finding the correct medication for the correct symptoms.
depression is very serious please seek medical attention and find some help if u turely feel u need someone at this moment before u can get a doctor please contact me

in no way are you alone with the way u feel but dont let it get worse take some action. i am online and as i sugested i do have a good ear if u need one now thanks
Well, Im pretty sure its the anti-deppresents but the only way you can tell is to stop using them for a week or so. If you still have these deppresing times go back to the docter and get prescribed another drug or find a phsyciatritst that can better decide what pill you need for deppresion.
Gud Luck!
It is very easy to stay away from everyone when you are feeling really low, which is really the worst thing you can do to yourself, I myself have gone through really hard emotional periods in my life, and know how low you may be feeling.
To find out what may be causing your emotional imbalance, you need to consider any past experiences in your child hood or recent events that may have affected you and the way you now deal with situations.
You have not mentioned your age, as this could be a contributing factor to your emotions 13 years to even around your mid twenties can be extremely volatile.
For any woman being on your period will emphasise the situation and your emotions.
The contraceptive pill can mess with your hormones, I was using the pill, Dianette and it made me incredibly depressed and short tempered, Depending on how long you were on the pill will effect the length of time it takes for it to leave your system for good.
Im not quite sure why you were prescribed anti depressants for your migraines, and if they are triggered by your depression, you should have been referred to a self help group or given advice on how to approach your depression, anti depressants are I feel an unsafe alternative to your problems.
Please try to seek a natural resolve, anti-depressants can mess with your emotions and either make you worse or dependent on them, Do you have friends that you could talk to? Or some one professional who doesn’t know you at all, so you can pour your heart out, without the fear of being judged?
Everyone deals with and are effected by problems differently, so it’s hard to try to understand what you are going through.
Rather than trying to find out what you may be suffering from, try to look into what is really beneath all of these feelings you have, and please talk to some one, it will make you feel soooooo much better I promise.
Best of luck, hope you reply. x
