My uterus twitches...?

Question:
Everyday everyso often I'll feel a twitching sensation in my pelvic area. It feels like a baby kicking but I know it isnt so what could it be?! It can be such a strong twitch it can be felt from the outside as a kick can from a baby about 4-5 months gestation.

Answers:
I have ovarian cysts and sometimes I feel the same thing it is just a spasm, everyone gets them they just might not know it. And sometimes they are stronger in some people.
Your twin you absorbed in the womb. It's finally coming alive.
It could just be a really strong spasm? lol Are you sure your not pregnant?
What you are feeling may be just some gas in your bowel.
you have an alien growing in it, and it will probably burst out of your stomach while you are eating a spaghetti dinner at olive garden
it sounds like it could be gas. Seriously. When you are pregnant and you feel your baby move for the first time it feels like a gas flutter. So it is probably gas even if you can feel it like a baby kicking your side. If it is uncomfortable, take some gas x or phazyme
