I need serious weight loss advice!!?
Question:
Question Details: I am 26 years old, 5'6 and currently 270 pounds. I recently started taking the anti-depressant called " welbutrin" to help with my depression which is mainly caused by my heavy weight. I have not always been a big girl. I have gained about 100 pounds in the past two years due to having multiple miscarriages.
Before my weight gain I was very active and fit. For example I was able to do Taebo 2-3 times a day barely breaking a sweat. NOT ANY MORE!!
I am really motivated and ready to take all this weight off and get my the old me back. I am just very overwhelmed and don't know where to start. I need help. Please any with serious advice or success stories of someone in a similar situation please respond.
Thank you for reading!

You may want to try a high fiber diet, fruits and veggies, chicken.turkey, and fish not fried foods high in fiber black eyed peas lima beans most all dry beans any bean with a dark color juice is good,Strawberries and blueberries a plus good luck it works
I gained 50 lbs from taking anti depressants in high school. It may sound stupid but I found Weight Watchers a huge help. I am one of those people who need to have some sort of accountability. If you miss a meeting... they will call you to make sure you are doing ok. There is such a wide range of women in the groups and offer lots of support. Good Luck!
