Losing weight?

2 of my friends are 14 and weight 95 one is 16 and weights 97 then one of my friends is also 14 but she weight 140 but she is like 5,6 or 7.. and looks good... please help me

You don't need to lose weight you need to tone your mid section with some abdominal exercises.
I don't think that you really need to lose belly fat just strengthen the muscle in that area.
Yes you are a bit on the higher side. dont worry, your body is still growing so do not attempt to diet. A lot of body features are heriditary. The body stores energy as fat so that it can be used later and even protects you from cold temperatures. you will survive more than your friends when the world runs out of food.
Some tips for your are
Eat normal food
eat increased variety of food and less in quantity
eat only if you are hungry,
eat just enough for each meal,
dont eat in between meals,
reduce sugar and sweet items,
don't eat while watcing tv to avoid over eating
do normal exercises like playing games running, swimming, jogging or just walking.
Drink many many glasses of water daily to keep your blood free of toxins and skin looking beautiful and healthy.

I am a guy, dont be concerned about them, its nothing really, i would say doing abdominal exercises like swiss ball crunches, its how you feel about yourself and what you like to look like, if they think being that height and that small and THINKING it is sexy let them go right ahead, most guys will tell you they like girls that are moderately sized, these girls walking around today look like freaking sticks, and the media is no help portraying paris... the whore as perfect in every sense, i say do your thing
You are a perfect weight for your height and age, no need to be concerned. Though if you would like your stomach flatter, I would suggest that you hit the gym and do cardio, which will work off what fat you do have on your stomach and anywhere else. Try doing the Elliptical or Treadmill for 30- 40 minutes a day. In a month or so of exercising 4-5 times a week, you should notice a difference. You should also do some ab work in order to tone there as well. Good Luck! :)
don't feel bad...I am the same age, height, and weigh more than you do...here's what I do: I DON'T EAT bread, rice, pastas, sugary foods, and ONLY drink water...for exercise, I go on a tredmill and burn 500 calories everyday, unless I'm on vacation...then I don't have to exercise at all...after I go on the tredmill, I do pull ups until they turn my face blue and my arms feel like they are peeling off, and then I do sit-ups until I'm sick...(well not really, but you know what I mean)...I made this diet up myself, and so far, I've lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks.
