puberty sweetie. Many girls start developing young, and do not stop until in their 20's. Much longer than boys and men. Your body also may be getting ready for you to start your period. I wouldn't be surprised if your period starts within a year.
Sounds like you may be about to start your period. My daughter is 12 and she had the same problem a few months back and eventually she started her period. Take Midol for your cramps, but ask your Parents first before you take it.
