if i have hpv, does that mean i have a higher risk of not being able to get pregnant?

You can still get pregnant you just have a higher chance of getting cervical or ovarian cancer. There are 100 different types of HPV the side effects ccan be anything from genetial warts to cancer. Your doctor will discuss with you all the options if you have it and what can be done about it.
No. But you do have a higher risk of getting ovarian cancer so you need to have regualr pap smears. And you should tell any sexual partner you have because it is a contagious std.
