Are you under a lot of stress? Do you have a eating disorder? These things can contribute to your lack of having a period. See a gynecologist.
Sometimes when you're around 100 pounds, you can miss a period because you're not a lot over 100 lbs, if you know what I mean. I have the same problem, and it should regulate once your hormones balance and you're a little more over 100 lbs.

Have you upped your activity in the last four months, or lost a lot of weight? You're pretty tall for your age and should weigh more than 107 lbs.
Most of the time, the reason a period stops [if you're not pregnant] is because you lose too much weight in a short period of time, causing your body to get messed up and it gets confused.

You're enviably skinny! A lot of really thin girls don't get their periods, especially anorexics. Are you eating healthy and plenty?
