maybe you should buy some feminine wipes, i never have used them but that's why they were invented. it could really help you and not cause you much pain?
hang in there. soon your period will become more and more easy to predict as well as to manage.
It's totally normal sweety...make sure u change your pad or tampon frequently. I always carry around baby wipes when I'm on mine it helps you stay fresh and clean..Well as fresh and clean as u can get while your'e on your period : )
yes that is normal..only for a few months until all of the dry blood gets out of u..you cycle with level out and if there is alot of dry blood down there..well just bathe way more often then u usually would. =) good luck
This is normal - when you urinate or defecate, you're exercising your pelvic muscles, and this also helps loosen the blood clinging to your uterus. So it's supposed to chunk like that. Just keep pushing until you're done with the urine and feces, and then wipe a couple times with fresh rolls of paper to wipe off the blood as well as the other stuff. It's important to wipe off the blood so it doesn't get dry and painful like that.
I know it's icky, but just keep experimenting with the best methods, you'll figure it out.
Always wipe front to back !! Use a moist gentle vaginal wipe or baby wipe to help clean your self up. Regular cleaning of the area will help you avoid the odor. I know it gets frustrating, but this is your first period and you are still learning about how to take care of your hygiene needs. First periods are sometimes very thick and yucky. Just have Mom pick up some wipes for you, or, you can use wet paper towels...Just don't throw them in the toilet !
i take a shower three times a day when i get mine.
