2. squat
3. hold the outer insertion tube by the fingure grip with your thumb and middle fingure with the removal string hanging down. insert the tip of the applicator into your vagina at a slight upward angle. around 45 degrees. slide the outer insertion tube all the way into your vagina until your fingures touch your body.
4. push the tampon inside. push the inner tube with your pointer fingure all the way into the outer tube.
5. the tampon should be inside of you with the removal string hanging outside our body.
you can wear it for 8 hours.

If you are right-handed, wtth your right hand/fingers.
If you are left-handed, with your left hand/fingers.
First - slide the end with the cotton side out inside your vagina. Slide the whole thing in, the plastic/cardboard until your fingers that are holding the grippers touch your body. You may have to use the other hand to spread your labia (the lips around your vagina) to insert it.
Second - push the tip inside and slide the cardboard/plastic out of your vagina. Throw it away, wipe, and wash your hands after flushing.
