Believe me, a "hair growth" problem is not a problem at all. They won't be looking or considering how pretty your vagina looks, they're concerned with it's heath, not appearance.

Honestly? Your doctor doesn't really care what you do down there, as long as it doesn't hurt you, or cause problems. She is more concerned about your health. Don't be embarrassed. You wouldn't believe some of the things they see.. !! She doesn't care if you shave or not. They don't judge us, they don't talk about what they've seen, they are professionals,at least they should be, if they aren't get another one.
Trim it up...i'm sure the doctor has seen 1000's of naked ladies. As such I suspect he/she seen everything.
hey dont worry girl, it would be worst if it wouldve smelled bad, dont u think? doctors do hate that, because i work for a gyn doctor, and he tells me soooo many disgusting stories lol i completely shave everything and i think is more embarrassing for my male gyn 2 see that lol but u are ok, dont be ashamed, just laugh about it
nobody's comfortable with their doctor looking down there, everyone feels awkward, but you just have to do the best you can. no one's an expert of shaving down there. don't worry about it, i'm sure you're doctor's seen worse.

I know, I feel the same way! But I look at it like this, the reason why I m at the doctors is because of health reasons, not for looks. Your doctor should understand the reason why you are there, and not focus on your neatness. Its their job to put your health first!
First, consider a female Gyno. You might be more comfortable.
Second, its all just a job to the doctor. He or she has seen and smelled it all. No need to be embarressed.
I always shave the night before...and I always ask for a female doctor...
I think they could really could care less what your hair situation is...don't be so worried about it...
Just shave it all. It will make the doc's job easier in looking.
There is nothing odd about pubic shaving. It is becoming popular.
