Question:
Is there something out there that a person can take to gain weight? I'm 5'4'' and 105 lbs. I need help! I eat regularly and I've talked to my doctor and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. I need something extra.

Answers:
Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.h...
It is okay you are at a perfect weight. I am 14, 5'4 and 104 pounds. If you have any questions about it email me at i_know_mohr@yahoo.com. We can talk about this more!!
eating regularly will not help gain weight. you have to eat beyond regular. gradually increase your caloric intake until you start seeing results. try to eat quality foods to keep fat gain to a minimun. be prepared though, you will gain fat but thats ok. the muscle you gain with it will be worth the while. just make sure your doing some weight training if your looking for quality gains.
105lbs at 5 4 isn't unhealthy, its on the lower side, but nothing is wrong, and its not unhealthily. I assume your on the younger side, still in high school or recently got out? Either way theres no need to gain weight, but you should slowly start to get a more as you get older.
