I am about to start my period soon, and was wondering if...?


Question:
I usually way 145 pounds and now am 151. My period is supposed to be starting tomorrow or the next day. This whole week I've been stuffing my face with food. I used to be outragousely heavy before and have recently lost a lot of weight. So I was wondering if this is just pre-period stuff or if I'm falling into my old bad habits. I normally never eat this much. And five pounds gain in one week from stuffing your face dosn't really seem resenable. The past couple days I have been eating 200-400 caleries than I usually do too. Help!! :(

if your unsure of your periods and they are irregular, i take it your a young lass.
if thats the case, your still growing and your body will never be on time unless your on the pill.
as far as eating, if you feel hungry, stay away from the fatty things like chips. not because their fatty, but because they are bad for you!
its okay to snack and treat yourself, but dont spoil.
yogurt, veggies... oh and lets not forget fruits.
try going to the grocery stor and getting some frozen fruit, and when you get those cravings, have a nice fruit smoothy.
stops the sweet tooth, and makes you feel great.
just juice and frozen fruit.
im sure your fabulously curvy.
just take care of yourself hunny.
eat right, and exercise and you will reach that weight.
just dont get carried away,
being skinny isnt all its cracked up to be.
When you have your period you usally retain water, so you will weigh more. When your period it goes away.
NORMAL, I do the same thing.
pre period gain is usually water gain. some women gain even as much as up to 7 pounds before their period and then it goes away. if your concerned about gaining the weight just snack healthy instead of reaching for the junk food
normal.

i gain weight whether I eat or not around this time.
