I've found out that i'm allergic to latex because latex condoms make me swell shut. But after trying the polyurethane ones i find i still swell. We use lube so it isnt that its dry or anything. Idk what to try.

Try Avanti condoms. They dont have latex in them. x
You can try other contraceptive methods like oral contraceptive if you are in a healthy, monogamy relationship. Please be aware that oc pills/birth control pills do not prevent you from any STI so you have to make sure you partner had a STI test (all clear) before you go on OC and have sex with him.
