I hate my body for this. My boss send me to run errand outside of the office because I think...well I smell?

Question:
This is only whenever I get my period. I don't smell it, but others do! I try to change my pads as many times as I can and I use wipes. We work very close together. It's very embarrassing because I like my boss and the other workers. I feel so alone sometimes. Today I wished that I would get hit by a car. he send me to do these stupid errands for him just to get me out of the office. My confidence is low because I am a prisoner of this f'n body. Never passing these genes down.

Answers:
If there is an unpleasant odor you should go see a doctor. This is not normal. Why dont you try looking into those new birth control pills ( even if you are not sexually active) where you only get your period 4 times a year...i think its called yazmin ..If there is nothing the doctor can do for your period odor. At least it will help you with your odor prob by cutting your periods down..

Just my suggestion
My opinion?
quit.
You dont need to be treated that way.
Try using tampons...? Maybe during your period, your hormone levels are causing you to get a yeast infection!
No one should be treated this way. I hope no one has said anything to you directly. Try soaking in a vinegar bath. Pour two cups of vinegar into your bath and soak for a good half hour. Make sure the water is warm. But dont do it because others make you feel bad, you should quit and on your way out flip him the bird. Give him one for me too.
stay at home...
Menstration is disgusting, worse than diahrea..Don't subject others to that...
If you're overweight, try and lose it- fatties give off a real powerful stink...
well it has to do with how long its been in too.the longer, the more it smells funny and it sometimes changes color..
maybe youre eating too much meat around your period ? i read some where that itf you eat too much meat, your body produces a different smell than other people who eat vegetables exclusively.
it might alss be bacteria that is in there too long..if it happens everytime, then go to the doctor's maybe its bacterial overgrowth
also too. no offense, but ur boss is a dicI< for doing that
awww, this is really sad, and NO ONE deserves to be treated that way. i would suggest maybe wearing tampons and using a non scented femine deodorant spray. you ph may just be acting funny during this time of the month because of extra sweat on top of the bleeding from your menstrual cycle. or maybe you can use a talc powder on the outside of your vagina during your time of the month along with tampons. Also, if i were you, i would quit my job, no one should be subjected to this kind of behavior
Hello. I hope this helps. I saw this on ABC Medical Mystery. This woman grew up with a foul/rotten fish body odor. She went from doctor to doctor but no one could figure out why she had this odor. She was really embarassed her whole entire life. She was later diagnosed with Trimethylaminuria (TMAU). I read that the smell can get worse with hormonal changes (e.g., menstrual cycle). See the links below for more info.

I wish you the best!

Edited to add: It's very admirable that you have spoken up about this. Please see a specialist. Don't let a doctor tell you it's all in your head. This condition (whatever you have) is not your fault.
