Answers:
I'm not a doctor but someone who has had problems with my intestinal tract and I want to say that because you have been having these symptoms for 2 years it does definitely need to be evaluated by a doctor again to see what's going on.

Ask your doctor about sending you to a specialist to get an additional opinion on the issue to see what they think is going on.

Also, keep track of what you eat and drink to see if that triggers some of this pain that you are having so that when you go to the doctor you can give them some more clues. Also, ask about the medication to see if it could be causing the problem. Sometimes stomach pain can be a side effect of medication.
Well, the info is too broad to reasonably narrow down...
You'll just have to talk to your doctor about it..he'll know to ask right questions...2 years of bowel pain could range from something less serious Like IBS to cancer...at your age, most likely former..but there are other conditions inbetween those 2 lol...

Most likely stress related..but do check it out with your doctor...
