I'm leaving home soon and becoming my own woman and because I hae a desire to become a good .?

Question:

strong, intellegent, loving, God fearing, black woman, I'm asking for links to websites that can educate me in things that will better me as a person and help me in the pursuit of my goals : to become the first OB-GYN (or M.D. at all ) in my family, become a good wife, mother, and minister.

Answers:
I can't give you any good websites, but I can tell you, after being independent for over a year now, that being poor in the manner that I am now, being incapable of getting a "real" job at this point in life, has made me a much better person. I think that as long as you keep your priorities straight and regard money in a "need-only" basis, you'll be much better off! Try just "scraping by" for a little bit and enjoy it! The way you think about everything and everyone changes so much.

its hard being a independent, intelligent woman out there..even harder if your a minority. (minority also)
i will join you in the world around 2-3 years.and we'll see how it goes.
