economically u should join clubs surrounded by ur school similar to the runing club or the riding bike club or other execise club u should exercise everyday u should eat furit everyday similar to apples,grape and drink water n sometime it own exercise channel for immature girls like u and immature boy eat grapes apples spinach corn bean plums peanut, berries cranberries blue berries and other worthy food u could go on yahoo.com and budge on fitness u could ride ur bike run a lap u could waddle for a hour u could exercise at home and tell ur docter u requirement help near eating to much food n if u don't waht 2 progress out side because outside is too hot then on saturday or sunday if u hold time then move about outside at 7:00 am and walk and speak 2 ur mom and dad or teacher in the order of this and girl and boys don't b lazy drink marine or u could talk to ur friend who is tubby drink vegtable juice get through tomatoes eat carrot,celery,lettuce,parseley,beets,wa... or u could pant bean n corn or u could do push up bye:) best of luck
