Am i normal ,fat, or obiese?

i am 5' 2'' and i weigh 136 lbs am i fat? if so how do i get thinner?

There is no "normal." I think you mean skinny. No just stay as you are, your weigh a lot more than skinny people your age and that's good.
you are within a fairly normal range for your height. the best thing you could do is maybe start walking, riding a bike or weight training to tone your body, but I would not worry about losing too many pounds.
Your at risk to becoming fat. but dont worry. so was i just cut down on junk food and drink water i already lost 3lbs just doing that.

If your naturally that size don't try to get skinny cause it won't happen. Or it might happen but it would be a lot of work to maintain the new weight. You are no where near obese so it's ok

ok- first of all I never liked the term fat- and you're definately not obese or fat! Sounds like you could lose ten pounds though. (seems like alot but it really isn't- it's eaqual to one dress size)
Losing weight is a combination of healthier eating and excersise. If you want to snack on a bag of chips, forgo the high calories and make yourself a veggie platter with a low fat salad dressing as a dip!
Cut down on high fat, low fiber breads, and pasteries, wich are just empty calories, and start eating whole grain pastas and breads. Stay away from creamed soups, and eat hearty soups like vegitable or ministroni! Incorperate beans into your diet, as they are low in fat, and high in fiber. Kidney beans, can be added to so many things! Pasta's, salads, etc. Do some research online for low fat meals, and enjoy them- food can still taste wonderful without all the calories!

No your not fat!! If you want ot lose some wait start by taking walks or bike riding to your friends house instead of having a parent drive you..But Hun your not fat and don't let any one tell you are or don't even listen to them!!
Big pimpin says...Rose, do you own a mirror? When you put on pants do yo fat roll over the top and look like a muffin top? I means, if you have some big a*s ti*ies, you may look skinny. When you lay on the beach do people try to push you back in the water? Do guys try to holla at ya, or do they holler insults at you...you know if you're fat. Personally, I would love to loose some weight. However, alot depends on body shape and pesonal views aswell.

I have a friend who is an inch and five pounds less than me. All of her weight is in her boobs and abit in the stomach. While as, Its all in the hips for me.

You should be fine how you are. If you are too look at a BMI then you are at risk of becoming overweight, however, if you are a teenager, the limits for that have more lee-way. If you are a teen, then you'er still growing, and you shouldn't worry too much of it. Even if you'er an adult, remember your body shape, and whether or not you have gained all this weight quickly, or if you've always been this way. If you don't like you'er weight though, adult or teen, you need to go on daily walks or jogs, eat alittle less. This doens't mean giving up ice cream, just picking between that brownie or that cookie, and eating an apple instead of chips.

Don't be too drastic, because its not healthy! If you really want to loose weight, which im not saying you need too, but, you should start off with walking a mile, 3 times a week, then move to either 2miles or begin to walk faster. Eventually you'll WANT to do it. You might even consider getting a friend to go with you. It makes it fun. because you have someone to talk with. Make sure you walk somewhere in the open, other wise you'll get bored quick. Thats somthing you must remember, you need to stay amused with excersize, or you'll give up.

Food doesn't have to be rabbit meals either, it can be anything, just as long as its portioned right. Just the same, exersizing can be anything, just enjoy it and don't tire yourself out too much! If you can't do it one day, add ten minutes to the other two days you go.

Make the decsion thats best for you. Not based on other people's opinions ir on a BMI.

Borderline overweight according to the charts, but it depends on your level of body fat. If you have a larger build or high muscle mass, you may be at a good weight.
