My cycle is so messed up help?

Question:

I was on the depo shot for 1 yr and then a low estrogen pill for 3 months. Now I've been off all birth control for about 6 months and my periods are so screwed up. At first there was no period then I got it and it would last for 3 weeks and then they where normal for like 2 months and now my last one came early and it lasted for 3 weeks. I bled really heavy and extremely dark for the first 2 weeks and the last week was super bright red. Now i'm do for my period again in like 3 days when I just got over it. Help?

i hated the shot... i had a light period the entire time that i was on it and put on 15 pounds in 2 months (i lost the weight within a year of quitting)... it's absolutely the worst form of birth control ever!

things will even out for you .. your cycles are really affected by the shot... just give it some time and make sure that you're getting enough iron in the meantime!! take a vitamin daily.. that will help you with all of the blood loss... i became anemic because of the shot...

i know it's awful... but it shouldn't last too much longer...
if it continues try this herb called vitex... it's supposed to help even out your cycles... a girl that i knows sister had poly cystic ovarian disease and the vitex helped her...

return of ovulation is late in some so ur problem...

take iron tablets and consult ur doc...

to be on safer side.to rule out other diseases..
