How to last longer in bed?

Well ill start off by saying that i have never had sex or gotten head or anything, i am only 14 so its normal.

When i masturbate with porn, it takes me like 3 minutes to ejaculate. Will it take longer when having sex?

I am just worried, so any answers are appreciated.

Practice holding back when you masturbate. Get to the brink and stop, when the feeling subsides, start again. Do this several times before finishing. This will train you to last longer.

the part about it taking longer is all up to you and you learning how to control your self..
