Answers:
This is a great way to lose some weight at your age (13 right). You need to stop eating sweets, this mean NO candy, NO ice cream, NO potato chip, NO snacks, NO cookies, NO soda, NO cereal and NO treats from grandmother or mother and father.

For the next 3 weeks only drinks water, milk, and/or Tropical orange juice Eat most salads with chop chicken, turkey, and/or beef. You might want to eat rice or corn with every meal. This will fill you up much quicker.

You can go to McDonald's for meals, but no soda, no apple pie, no ice cream, and no cookies.

Come on guy's, she only 13 years old. Children don't do push-up or sit-ups unless their in a team sport.
do some crunches. This will tighten your stomach muscles, which will give you a flatter appearance.
good old situps, hun! and by the time school starts, you will see a difference.
eat protein, drink water, cut out the sugar, and do crunches...good luck!
